This surprisingly delicious smoothie packs a 1-2 health punch: Blueberries counteract the physical and mental effects of aging, while kiwi bolsters your immunity
2 scoops French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
1-1.5 cups of cold water, unsweetened almond milk, milk, or rice milk
1 kiwi, peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 cup unsweetened frozen blueberries
4-6 ice cubes
Put all of the ingredients into the blender with the ice, blend for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets. Enjoy!
