Apple Banana Smoothie

This is an energy boosting creamy smoothie packed full of nutritional benefits. 

Apples help control blood sugar levels and have strong antioxidant benefits. The added banana is a good source of vitamins, minerals and fiber and gives the smoothie extra creaminess.

Recipe:

2 scoops French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
1 cup water, nonfat milk, unsweetened almond milk or rice milk
½ cup apple cubes
½ frozen banana
Cinnamon to taste
3-5 ice cubes

Put all the ingredients into a blender; blend for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets.
