This is one of the easiest cakes you will ever make. Just mix together a few simple ingredients, microwave and voilà — you have a healthy, delicious snack or treat.
⅓ cup almond flour
2 tbsp blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 scoop French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
¼ tsp baking powder
Yogurt and additional blueberries for topping (optional)
In a microwavable mug or jar, whisk in the egg. Mix in the remaining ingredients.
Microwave for 1½ minutes. Top with yogurt and blueberries, if desired.
