2 scoops Triple Chocolate Brownie INVIGOR8Superfood Shake
1 cup water, nonfat milk, unsweetened almond milk or rice milk
2 tablespoons almond butter
½ frozen sliced banana
3-5 ice cubes
Put all of the ingredients into a blender with the ice, blend for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets.
