Chocolate Blueberry Chia Smoothie

Whip yourself up a double dose of yumminess with this blueberry chia seed smoothie. This is a great recipe to make the night before for a nutritional out-the-door breakfast with Triple Chocolate Brownie Invigor8 Superfood Shake, blueberries and chia seeds. Recipe:

2 scoops French Vanilla or Triple Chocolate Brownie INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
1 cup water, nonfat milk, unsweetened almond milk or rice milk
1 cup of frozen or blueberries
2 tbsp chia seeds
3-5 ice cubes

 

Put all of the ingredients into the blender; blend for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets.
