2 scoops French Vanilla or Triple Chocolate Brownie INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
1 cup water, nonfat milk, unsweetened almond milk or rice milk
1 cup of frozen or blueberries
2 TBS chia seeds
3-5 ice cubes
Put all of the ingredients into the blender with the ice, blend for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets. Enjoy!
