Overnight oats are great way to prep your breakfast in advance for a grab-and-go meal. These oats are sweetened only with banana and are loaded with antioxidants. Turn them into banana peanut butter oats by substituting French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake and eliminating the cocoa powder.*
½ cup oats
½ cup milk
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp chia seeds
1 scoop Triple Chocolate Brownie INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
Toppings: sliced banana, cacao nibs and peanut butter
In a medium-size mason jar, add the banana and mash it up with a fork. Add the oats, milk, cocoa powder, chia and INVIGOR8. Mix everything together until combined. Place in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.
The oats will get very thick as they sit. Stir in a splash of milk if they're too thick. Top with banana slices, cacao nibs and peanut butter.
