Red Velvet Smoothie With Beets

This is a great treat for Valentine’s Day! A diet rich in beet juice can help lower blood pressure and improve heart health.

Recipe:

1 scoop Triple Chocolate Brownie INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
1 cup water, nonfat milk, unsweetened almond milk or rice milk
Banana, blueberries and red beet
2 to 3 ice cubes

    Prepare a handful of banana slices, blueberries and chopped red beet. Put all of the ingredients into a blender; blend for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets.
