2 scoops French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
1 cup water, nonfat milk, unsweetened almond milk or rice milk
½ cup frozen, unsweetened peaches or half of a fresh peach
2-3 ice cubes
Put all of the ingredients into a blender; blend for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets.
