2 scoops Triple Chocolate Brownie or French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Superfood Shake
1 cup water or nonfat milk, unsweetened almond milk or rice milk
½ cup fresh or frozen bananas
¼ cup smooth or crunchy low-fat peanut butter
Put all of the ingredients into the blender with 4-6 ice cubes, blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. If too thick, add more liquid to the smoothie to your desired consistency. The more ice, the thicker it gets.
