Pumpkin Spice Chia Pudding

This delicious pumpkin-inspired breakfast treat or snack is a great way to stay energized on a blustery fall day. Chia seeds are high in protein and healthy fats, and they help make this recipe a delicious grab-and-go meal or snack.

Recipe:

¼ cup plain whole milk yogurt
¼ cup pumpkin puree (optional)
½ cup water
¼ cup chia seeds

In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients until combined. Let sit for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
