This scrumptious recipe submitted by the daughter of one of our INVIGOR8 company team members passed the family taste test.
2¼ sticks butter
2¼ cups sugar
½ tbsp vanilla extract
¾ cup +1 tbsp flour
2 scoops Triple Chocolate Brownie INVIGOR8
¾ cup +1 tbsp cocoa powder
¼ tbsp salt
½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 9 x 13 pan with parchment paper and spray lightly with cooking spray. Melt butter and sugar in a heavy saucepan on very low heat. Let the mixture cool slightly and transfer to a large bowl. Add eggs gradually, mixing well. Add vanilla extract. Sift dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture, stirring gently and minimally. Add chips. Pour into the pan and bake approximately 35 minutes. Do not overbake. Let cool. Turn pan onto a flat surface and peel off parchment paper. Cut into squares.
